Early check-in or a late check-out is possible subject to availability and prior arrangement with the owner. <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>4.<\/strong> A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been made.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>5.<\/strong> The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>6.<\/strong> We reserve the right to refuse a guest who seriously violated the house rules during a previous stay.<\/p><p><strong>7.<\/strong> In the event of a serious violation of the house rules during a stay, the owner has the right to demand immediate departure with no refund.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>8.<\/strong> By making a booking, the guest consents to the processing of their personal data solely for the purpose of completing the reservation and fulfilling the registration obligation in accordance with data protection regulations. The guest has the right to access and update their personal data. <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>9.<\/strong> We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control. In such a case, any payment made will be refunded in full. <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>10.<\/strong> If you need an invoice for your stay, please let us know at the time of booking and provide your billing details.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>11.<\/strong> Unregistered visitors may stay in the apartment after prior notification to the owner, provided they comply with the house rules and quiet hours.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>12. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>13.<\/strong> The property provides services in line with its standard. Please report any concerns about quality to the owner as soon as possible so they can be addressed promptly. <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>14.<\/strong> The property undertakes to provide:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">a comfortable and undisturbed rest for the guest,<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">confidentiality of guest information,<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">resolution of any faults and inconveniences as far as possible.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>15.<\/strong> Guests have free Wi-Fi access in the apartments.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>16.<\/strong> The guest is financially liable for any damage to the property&#8217;s equipment or technical installations caused by themselves or members of their party.<\/p><p><strong>17.<\/strong> Pets are accepted only with the owner&#8217;s prior approval. The owner may charge an additional fee for the pet&#8217;s stay or post-stay cleaning. <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>18.<\/strong> For fire safety reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>19.<\/strong> Guests may submit a complaint regarding their booking or stay by sending a message to <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"mailto:info@villamore.pl\">info@villamore.pl<\/a> or by submitting it in writing to the owner. The complaint should include the guest&#8217;s full name, dates of stay and a description of the situation. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt.
